Zak Group has designed and developed the interim website of the Hartwig Art Foundation as it works towards establishing a new museum for contemporary art in the former courthouse of Amsterdam.

The website presents the Foundation’s current activities, their Production | Collection Fund and its ambitious programmes of institutional collaborations. The typeface Univers serves as the Foundation’s de facto identity, borrowed from the signage of the original court building designed by architect Ben Loerakker in the 1970s. The website aims to increase accessibility for all persons by removing most access barriers through tools such as text-to-speech readers and variable contrast settings.
